At Ezeiza (EZE) your driver enters the arrivals hall 20 minutes after your flight lands, because the plane still needs to taxi to the gate. At Aeroparque (AEP) this is 10 minutes after landing. From that moment, 1 hour of waiting time is included: in practice up to 80 minutes after landing at EZE and 70 minutes at AEP. At the cruise terminal, 1 hour of waiting time is included as well.
At hotels, Airbnbs, or private addresses the waiting time is 10 minutes.
When the included waiting time is almost over we will always contact you via WhatsApp or phone to check your status. If you need more time, you can extend the waiting for 15 USD per started hour.
If after several attempts we cannot reach you by call or message, the service will be canceled and the driver will leave the location.
